The user can do spot - or edge-joint welding and get high mechanical resistance.

It controls over tightness constraints.

This machine is equipped with an automatic door, a high-precision axis and a granit worksplate.

We can integrate a pulsed 150W or continuous 250W laser source.

Several options are available :

• XY table (150x150mm)
• Direct lighting
• Backlighting
• Sighting camera and/or through galvanometers
• Automatic positioning through vision system
• Green laser pointer

SAPHIR LEW

This machine suits to the microwelding of small and medium production runs

We can integrate a pulsed 150W or continuous 250W laser source.

It is composed with a T grooved plate (600x750mm), 1 to 3 programmable axes, a manual opening door, the LENS driving software (the same used for our marking machines)

Several options are available :

• XY table (150x150 mm)
• Cooled galvanometric head to improve the stability in parts positioning
• Camera to improve  manual positioning
• Automatic opening door
