At the same time, we pay particular attention to the after-sales services that will guarantee the durability of the equipment installed at our customers' premises. At Laser Cheval, our after-sales service responds to all your requests, reacting quickly and appropriately. With approximately 1,800 machines sold, the company has a strict organisation and work process to gain efficiency in after-sales processing.

Service and maintenance contracts
In order to set our customers on the path of preventive maintenance, which saves money and increases productivity, we offer individual service contracts tailored to the location. Regular maintenance extends the life of your laser and minimises downtime due to malfunctions.
Machine & software hotline
Technical support is your first point of contact for service, maintenance and troubleshooting. The control PCs that drive the machines are equipped with a remote control system that allows our technicians to intervene via remote maintenance. Our hotline team is available at all times and will offer you a complete diagnosis to help you solve your problem quickly. Another priority of our after-sales service is to provide all customers with the latest software updates for the machine.
On-site and in-house Laser Cheval repairs
If the need arises, our technicians will come directly to your company to carry out an audit and make the necessary repairs. However, for obvious reasons of efficiency and access to the means necessary to resolve the malfunction, we prefer to carry out repairs in our workshop.
